Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same from others. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners can submit a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent if they believe their rights have been infringed.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. You must provide a signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed upon.
  3. Specify the infringing material and provide details for us to locate it.
  4. Include your contact information for us to reach out to you.
  5. State that you have a genuine belief that the material is being used without authorization.
  6. Confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresenting information in a notification of infringement.

Note that we may share your information with the alleged infringer when receiving a copyright infringement claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to an infringement claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it restored. Ensure your notification contains all required elements as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  1. Your signature must be included.
  2. Describe the material removed and its original location.
  3. Declare under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake.
  4. Provide your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy on repeat infringers and take copyright violations seriously. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
